You are so right—we, as leaders, must know our flock in order to be able to properly care for them and lead them. You bring up some very interesting and thought-provoking points that have certainly made me sit down and think about how I am as a leader. Do my students know my voice well enough? I hope so…but all I can guarantee is that I’m going to do my best to ensure that they do.

Thanks for the reminder that kids are actually consuming everything we place in front of them. I think we, as adults, tend to forget that kids learn through observation.

we just went to the edge conference a couple of days ago and pastor rob was preaching each morning and he was giving some of his new books away [spin] and i won one and so did my little sister its the best book on the world seriesly if you guys have enough money to buy one than do it its ritten upside down and back to front so we can remember to turn the world upside down your awsome Ps.rob
